This design is not functional. Neither your autocannon nor your SRM2 have any ammo. The only viable weapon is the one-shot LRM5, with only the single shot. This design can only serve as a moving target, and with only four and a half tons of armor it is a short lived one.
As this is a Clan battlemech, a XL engine is pretty much considered standard issue for most designs and the freed up weight would allow for the necessary ammo and armor. Also, I can't think of any clan 'mechs that don't have double heat sinks, so swap those over and replace the A/C5 with an ER PPC to give the design better range and damage potential. As the design stands, it is a deathtrap.
