Overview:
    UM-R63K is direct result of successful DCMS operations.
    
    Urbanmech is usually quite salvageable, because of overall durability of the design, but
    spare parts can be a problem for militia units, because no one else wants to have venerable
    Urbanmechs.

Capabilities:
    Urbanmech was upgraded to use locally produced components. MRMs and CASE replaced standard
    autocannon and small laser was replaced by heavier model. Heat sinks were redistributed to
    better vent off the heat produced by new weapons, but it still generates more heat than
    original.

Deployment:
    New model can be seen with local militias around whole DC space.
