Very dangerous mech, but speed leaves it for defensive operations and slow advances. Heavy armor and weapons allow it to make good companion to assaults and fire support mechs that lack good close range weapons. Heat sinks can keep it cool in most situations, good thing for 3025 mech. |

A mean little fella here. This mech should have no problems standing toe to toe with many of its tonnage and possibly even heavier stuff.
Although a pocket assualt mech the armor is still weak when compared to the real big boys and the speed can be abit of problem so keep it under cover when approaching the target is wise. |

I like the pocket-assault approach. This is a mean little SOB, and it definitely packs enough firepower to constitute a serious threat to any assault 'mech which gets too close. The LRM-PPC combo gives you a nice long-range strike capability as well, fully on par with the capabilities of 'mechs like the Battlemaster or Zeus. The slow speed is the only real problem here; it can't keep up with heavy lances very well, so you can really only deploy this in dedicated assault units.
I like the back-story as well. |
