To put TSM onto the CM III isn't a good idea in my eyes though it doesn't make it worse. It can get some respectable speed now and transform into a close combat nightmare. On the other side you have to shut down lots of heat sinks to kick the TSM in and even when engaged in short range combat you'll have to do that to maintain the heat. Less heat sinks and more high heat weapons would have been better. |

The TSM makes this Atlas fearsome, but there are too many heat sinks. Engaging the TSM or keeping it active isn't problematic, but the DHSs that are turned off are just a dead tonnage. There is still not enough ranged firepower.
Err... why 3103? |

Okay first of all pull off 2 or 4 heat sinks use the tonnage for an ER Large or something so you can over heat better, than mount a bunch of pulses/standard/ER medium lasers so you can balance your heat curve better.
As it stands you'll burn through 9 of 15/16 shots of your ammo just to get to your sweet spot. Which means an opponent who stays at long range will strip you before long because your assault lance is 3 machines plus this armoured C3 Master. |
