Overview:
    This is the Atlas C3 Company Commander, it features a strong survivability mated to long
    range weaponry, and is useful in most RCT type units.
    
    
    
    Its relatively slow ground speed is part of the mystic of the Atlas as even seeing it coming
    really doesn't change much as you can't stop one even if you want to usually. It features
    standard engine and armour which makes up for a lot of other issues.
    
    
    
    This variant has been kicked around both at NAIS and in the Combine, but no one has acted on
    it and built one yet as its still a fairly pricy mech.

Capabilities:
    Dual C3 Computers are this mechs primary weapons even if they physically do no damage to
    someone. The ability to coordinate a company is a rare gift, but the pair of computers to
    allow even slightly less gifted commanders the ability to run a company effectively.
    
    
    
    Its ranged weapon set of a Guass Rifle, an LRM 20, and a standard PPC are uninspired but
    some thing had to be sacrificed to mount this kind of equipment. Like the Right hand, its
    gone to make space for the trio of ER Mediums the mech warrior needs to defend himself in
    close.
    
    
    
    Also it mounts only 18 tons of standard armour to go with its 5 tons of Endo Steel
    framework. This was a necessary evil as it was what got the mech all the way up to 11 heat
    sinks, as it only had 5 though an odd quirk of fate until those changes were made.

Deployment:
    Well none, unless you count the few simulators at NAIS that run this configuration to
    scare/test out the design. The Combine also tests this design with a single prototype, and
    seems vaguely impressed and unimpressed at the same time.
