Not particularly sold on the LRM5 and Artemis IV, this resembles a faster more expensive Thorn.
I would say drop the medpulse for 2 regular ER mediums lasers and change the HS back to DHS.
The Artemis can go too for a flamer of some sort and the scout can pretty much fry any close in infantry. |

I don't like this much. It resembles just faster, inflated Thorn. It can maintain distance, but weapons are too weak to prevent faster opponents from closing and most heavier enemies have something to return light LRM fire. Armor and speed can keep it alive for a while, but it can just harass. In lance, where enemy will be occupied with others, this may do some harm. |

I sort of like this design. Has two flawed tendencies. Someone rolling well and hitting your torsos.
Thin armour will doom every scout mech that fights, and putting an expensive engine in any of them is usually a waste. I still to this day question putting artemis on anything lighter than a 15 or 20 rack.
With its speed it should have no problem with the Medium Pulse and Streak 2 rack, but it seems kind of weak compared to the original for throw weight. |

The speed is decent and the Armour protection is good .It has good heat control but the weapon throw weight is a tad light with the flip arms this could be usefull as a flanking unit able to fire backwards while it retreats. It could also be usefull for LOC raiding though the ammo depandancy could be problematic on a deep penetration particularly the LRM ammo. |

Okay, not too bad. Fast with long strike capabilities. No hands so perhaps a light support mech? While not hard hitting it is a flexible design with many applications for use. Support, fast strike, raids, rear guard, scout hunter, scout/recon, etc..
On a side note, if you take an Assassin and drop it's jumpjets and 10 tons you'd get this. |
