It doesn't look bad, with good speed, strong armor and standard engine it can survive easily, but the armament seems weak for assault, even if it alha-strikes every turn. Artemis equipped LRM 5 looks like waste of tonnage to me. Some CASE would be useful too, single small LRM rack will eat through two tons of ammo forever, so you'll probably need to dump it. |

A undergunned assault with good speed, this mech sure can use more guns and less heatsinks. Dual ER LLs only generate 26 heat even when the mech is running.
For me i believe the best mech is a mech that can control fire discipline, meaning weapon with fixed ranges bracket. The range between a 19 range ERLL and 6 for a medium pulse is huge which means alpha strikes opportunities will be low.
I would recommend dropping another ton of LRM5 ammo as else, 48 shots of ammo is way too much and kill off the medium and small pulse lasers.
Now use those tonnage to shove in a huge load of medium lasers (with sufficient DHS of course) and u have a mech that is both well worth the money. |

Again another mech with Pulse weapons and NO targeting computer! This must be a record! LOL!
Nice fluff and nice way to limit the number around for the IS. Over all the mech is short ranged, mainly do to the pulse lasers, but it would make a nice sweeper mech or a city figther. Wish it could go a little faster.... |
