Odd name for an odd mech.
It really is a bit of a Chimera, kudos are in order for stuffing an Arrow IV on such a light mech. But the Tag is pointless and the speed is insufficient, at least you acounted for that in your fluff (I like designs with deliberate weaknesses). The ECM is a great addition.
I really think I would need to playtest this to get a good idea of just what its worth. But overall I'm leaning towards.... meh. |

Expensive, but useful design. ECM may help it to hide somewhere, but single small pulse laser for backup is insufficient. Speed is just enough to keep the pace with mediums. |

The thing is. If your going to put a rare and hard to fix Arrow IV system on a mech. Your probably going to want to get rid of the XL so this machine can always tote it home.
The TAG is out of place on an artillery unit. As you can only use TAG when your not firing anything else. Plus, that frees up a ton to put a Medium Laser or a Small Pulse Laser, depending on if you need infantry or mech defence.
The Guardian ECM is also interesting as in my experience mobile Arrow IV units rarely come under fire. Although sometimes light scouts make runs at you. At which point you roll against a (IS average + 5 for indirect) 9 and smoke the hex either behind or in front of it for splash damage usually. I think thats how it goes. (Arrow IVs usually are coddled with at least a Griffin or Hunchback or something to cover them if your smart though so light mechs wouldn't want to tangle with)
Brutally expensive because of the XL engine. In some ways I think you lost more than you gained going with it. |

An interesting concept. Although I would rather see the tag gone for some more useful defense. Overall a nice tool for the stategic tool box. Not too many mobile Arrow IVs, especially this small. |

Needs more armor. The idea of medium weight arty mech is interesting but something like this should be more on a heavier frame or a vehicle.
One idea would be to drop the TAG and go with a C3 Slave or something like that. Beyond that I can't think of much to improve this one. |
