Not bad, but still nothing great. I saw quite a few Atlas variants doing the same thing. I don't understand the placing of ammo to left torso. It makes the ER LLs easier to destroy and CASE would be exchanged for more armor. Fluff keeps this mech from getting worse marks. |

I'm not seeing the point. Sure you can sometimes close with a 3/5 assault, and two ER Larges is nothing to sneeze at but...
I don't see it as a good upgrade, as it lacks the mystic that made the Mackie the first mech. They're is a reason no one upgraded the thing, only blue prints I believe were in clan space and they view it as a monument more than a mech.
Its okay, but meh, its nothing inventive we've not seen another mech do already. |

I am most certainly impressed with the mech.
Reasonable speed and reasonable armour. Good combo. In addition, nice array of weapons. I myself made a mech with twin UAC/20 but it was not as efficient as this one. The laser make for a dry UAC and the UAC themselves are pretty decent for opening large gashes in the enemy.
Also, complements for fluff. |
