Fast and dangerous spotter that has speed and armor to stay close with other mechs for a while. XL engine prevents staying there too long, but if you avoid big guns, it may work well. |

Its a superior design. But its not something I'd see gain widespread use. Its a close range back biter thats expensive and doesn't have pulses, or a lot of weapons to take advantage of this fact.
It will survive for awhile but in a main line battle it will be one of the first to die as its expensive, and small. Plus, against most mechs getting in at 180 or so meters to engage them with 3 ER Mediums, means your going to have to weather some heavy fire and 40 tonners don't survive that too well.
Its a good concept, but it needs something to make me want to take it rather than just pulling a Medium Laser off of a Spider, and shunting a C3 onto it. For about a 1/3rd of the price. |

This is an incredibly dangerous 'mech, even without the C3 link backing it up. It will have to cut back on firing the lasers though if it relies on those jump jets for it's mobility.
The Guardian ECM is a useful item to have in a C3 network, as it can be set for ECCM against anyone trying to block the network. |
