Overview:
    After combat reports came back of how useless the LRM 10 was, various refits were done in an
    attempt to grant further usefulness to this fast design. Its still the commander hunter it
    used to be, but now its much more likely to manage it.

Capabilities:
    4 ER mediums and 5 medium lasers mean you'll put a hurting on most command mechs. The lack
    of enough heat sinks to run everything isn't a serious issue as long as you remember some of
    your lasers are for when your desperate to hit something at a slightly longer range.
    
    
    
    The ability to keep up with slower scout mechs and the plethora or close in weapons means
    that hunter heavy and assault class machines is your best hope still.

Deployment:
    A field refit in all Davion forces that choose to change their 4Ds over.
