Overview:
A 'Mech designed for tactical flexibility, the Tiger fits this bill perfectly.
Capabilities:
Starting with an Advanced Tactical Missile system equipped with 3 tons of ammo for all kinds
of situations, to an LB-10X AC and an ER PPC, the Tiger is well equipped for long-range
duels. It is equally equipped for close-range situations, from dual HMLs to Medium Pulse
lasers. The Tiger also is equipped with jump jets and a targeting computer to close with
the enemy and to increase its accuracy. It also has enough heat sinks and armor to fight a
prolonged fight. And in order to discourage Elemental attacks, engineers installed a
rear-facing medium laser on the head.

First off, props for naming your mech after the most feared tank of all time, the German Tiger of WWII. This is a mech that will violate anything at medium/close range, can jump, and has good heat efficiency. Even the Kodiak can't do near this kind of damage up close without massively overheating. I like it, and would give it a "5" for a medium/close range mech, but like the 3025 Atlas it can't really retaliate (at least in the manner that I would expect from a 100 ton clan mech) against opponents that will undoubtably try to pick it apart from long range. I get the feeling that if I use this mech I will spend too much time jumping around and getting hit if I can't close the range with my opponent. Still this mech is pretty good and if joined by proper support it could be devastating.

I agree with Backhand that long range weapons are Not too strong. TC is another thing that would be replaced, because the LB-X AC doesn't work with it when it uses cluster ammo, so it will lie dormant for quite some time. I think that replacing half of the lasers a nd TC with two ER large lasers would greatly improve the long range firepower without hampering the mech anyhow. Durable and dangerous mech with some additional mobility, but nothing extraordinary.

This mech seems to have a weapons load out that requires closing quickly. Yet its foot speed suggests it wants to be a ranged fighter/defensive unit.
Its only ranged weaponry is really and ATM 12 that isn't going to mount all that much ER ammo if you want to get the most use out of it. So thats a very limited ranged weapon. The LB-X 10 is useful but with only 20 rounds and it being the only real ranged weapon makes it seem like it needs to be a lighter mech to be effective.
At close this mech is a beast, but I can't see a single reason from an opponents point of view to ever close with the Tiger. It also lacks the speed to close on its on merits.
So yeah, the Ferro instead of Endo bothers me as well, but that could be a fluff choice. The ER PPC it mentions would make this mech viable in the assault class, but it doesn't seem to exist. So I'm a little miffed/confused.

mixed ideas with this mech. I could see it being chosen for Trials as its ready for anytihn gbut performs best in a straight forward attack. Use the ATM's in HE and let the heavy laser combined with the Tageting comp form the main part of your punch. The important thing is you have to get close.

Its a nice design. Firepower gets better the closer you get. Extremely durable too thanks to its standard engine.
Jsut a couple of quibbles,
a) why ferro instead of endo steel? Lack of space? minor quibble.
b) check your fluff, i don't see any ER PPC...
c) why spread throughout the clans? No clan i know of would be that generous to its competitors. Don't forget, practically every clan mech design was designed by a single clan and filtered to the rest through a combination of trade, trials of possession, etc etc.
