Overview:
    Upon seeing the success of the upgraded marauder, Kuritan techs with DCMS research decided
    to push the limits with the M4D Marauder (get it?).
    
    
    
    Grouping twin ER PPCs with Twin large pulse lasers, he techs found that the marauders arms
    could just barely lift its massive arm pods (which are almost 40% larger than the normal
    marauder's).
    
    
    
    The techs also found that the mech generated insane amounts of heat when all of its weapons
    were fired.  (This discovery also led to the hospitalisation of the test pilot for heat
    exhaustion...)
    
    
    
    The heat generated caused the project to be deemed a failure and the M4D Marauder was palmed
    off to one fo the Ghost regiments (not clear which one..  they might not be sure
    themselves..)

Capabilities:
    Carrying enough weapons to shut itself down with a single alpha strike, using a M4D Marauder
    requires careful use of its weaponry.
    
    
    
    A C3 slave allows the mech to tie into such networks where its mix of firepower allows it to
    fulfill either long range or close range duties. (medium range work might tempt its pilot
    into firing EVERYTHING and shutting down his mech...)
