================================================================================================
Overview:
The Razor was a 'Mech seen only in small bandit groups or unknown mercernary units because
of its next to uselessness anywhere. The only good thing about the Razor that keeps models
alive is the fact it doesn't see much combat and its bad repuation keeps it in storage. It
is however extremely cheap.
Capabilities:
With only two Machine Guns, the Razor is purely designed to ward off infantry attacks and at
least injure Armor. It is a good scout as well for its relatively average amount of armor
and its good speed. Even if it sees a Locust, this thing is as good as dead if it takes on a
'Mech.
Deployment:
As said before, the Razor is mainly used in Bandit groups and small mercenary units. It
does, very rarely, find its way into a Periphey nation's army, although that is usually by
accident or just fate.

Pathetic. And i really question how bandits get to build Mechs with CASE.. or am i missing something about the manufacturer here?
The only thing this mech is going to threaten is infantry.. any mech with a weapon larger than a machinegun will have this for lunch..

i seriously doubt Bandits actually have a nice mech factory to mount CASE for this design.
Th mech is still vulnerable (a single hit from a PPC and you almost splattered) anyway so drop the CASE and half ton ammo for a medium laser. The mech mounts too much mg ammo anyway.
Wait... isnt that the Locust ?

Good for scouting in periphery, but too weak for anything else. Can be easily used to scare civilians and green militia units, or to run from anything else. It seems, that this carries too much ammo, but in periphery with bandit unit ...

Um...does this even deserve a chassis? It's fast, which I like. Even has overmaxed armor, which I hate. Couple problems I have with this design. As far as cheap goes. Not really. A LCT-1V Locust is 15,000 C-bills cheaper goes just as fast, has same anti-infantry weapons but also adds a medium laser. As for being able to ward off infantry attacks, yes it can, but for about 130,000 C-bills I can get 2 APC's which have a MG each and also carry a squad of infantry each. This mech would make a decent scout mech. It lacks enough firepower to induce the pilot to combat so mayhap the scouting info will survive to get back to base.

It looks like a neutered Locust.
