Overview:
Created by Clan Wolf-in-Exile to be a patriotic 'Mech, the Wolf was originally slated to
carry new equipment such as advanced electronic countermeasures and beagle probes, but with
the Fed-Com Civil war, production was shot forward so the Wolf had to carry standard
equipment into battle.
Capabilities:
The Wolf carries a variety of long and short weapons, giving it firepower at all ranges. A
Gauss Rifle and ER PPC give it its long range punch, while a medium pulse laser and a heavy
large laser won from Clan Star Adder for close ranges. A second medium pulse laser is
mounted to the rear to discourge enemy infantry attacks.
Deployment:
The Wolf is a Clan Wolf-in-Exile creation, so it is only seen in the ARDC.

The mech is a little slow, but with these weapons it usually doesn't need to hurry and as second line mech it will often see assignment to defending side. I would like to know, why all weapons are torso mounted, because it limits the arc of fire. This in combination with lower speed makes the mech more vulnerable to attacks from faster mechs that can carry worse weapons than single MPL that covers rear arc (not so unusual thing among the clans), so keep it in position where it can't be flanked.

Reminds me of a 80 ton version of the Caesar. Its nice, with heavier armour, but lacks the speed of the original.

ohhh! A signiture mech, quite a good one as well, some nice weapon systems. Most people underate the heavy lrg laser. But if you have the heat capacity (this does) its a devastating weapon.
Good armour, ok speed and nice survivability (no explosive ammo or XL engine) make it a nice assault. Could of done with one of these in my recent campaign.
