Umm. Something about this aint right.
The speed on this will keep it out of harms way for a while, but only so long as the mech is moving. Should the mech slow down or stop to increase the accuracy of its weapon, this thing is going to be very dead, very fast.
It seems to be a bit of a waste to place such items as a moderately pricy XL engine and ER large laser on a scout mech. And its almost lunacy to put a very pricy TC on it.
I would almost rather use a standard 3050 model LCT, than this one. |

Nice sniper, but lacks speed to avoid scouts and speedy strikers, or ECM to protect itself from TCs that are becoming far more common. Besides, mech with TC in 3050? |

Slowing a scout mech down and making it more vulnerable by adding the XL. For a big gun and targeting computer seems counter intuitive to me.
That having been said its still effective and can probably take a decent # of the designs at the same c-bill value from what I've seen. |

why would you want to put a large laser and a targeting computer on such a small mech? the speed isn't bad but could be better though. a locust should be used for hit and run attacks since they're so light. it would seem pointless to put a large laser on it. the long range capabilitie might be nice perhaps slows the mech down too much. i'll give it a 2.5 |

Good concept, a light fast moving sniper. Used this when trying out peoples custom mechs, it seems to have a quirk of headshots. Can't really say the XL engine makes this thing die easier. Because if its in someones sights its dead anyway. |
