Whoa, this thing is certainly a speed demon, but you need to be careful around forests and other good ambush spots because your speed won't save you when the enemy is firing from hiding. Keep moving and pray that you don't have to slow down. |

Unless you draw some engine hits you're not going to be able to bring the TSM online, although it's still a fast machine as it. The armor's supurb, but the XL engine cancels a lot of that out. Firepower is mediocre although you ought to be able to get some back shots off. It also needs an ECM pod for counterjamming. |

I've never met a man who could design, a cheap effective C3 Master carrier for anything faster than 7/11.
Until then this mech is kind of overly expensive and pointless except as a spotter. Since it can't really have a C3 Masters that keep up with it.
For the 8 million c-bills you would have spent here... You can built a light scout lance thats 8/12 and far more effective and survivable with they're non XL engines.
I dont' see the high survivability rates, if your playing tag with assault mechs and heavy mechs, your going to die with this 35 tonner. |

I use the Bishops in a C3 company with one scout lance all very very fast (like this) and the rest being heavy and assault machines with a lot of long ranged weapons. The BSH serves well in this roll, being near impossible to hit. To activate the TSM I simple shut off a few HS. |

While it has great speed and good armor. I am unconvinced of the merits of TSM. Especially as turning off HS's is a home rule. I think to hit the "superbly above average speed" you could have lowered the engine rating and used MASC. Though if sticking with the TSM I would remove the double HS's and go with 10 regular ones so your heat would build up for it to be effective. |
