Overview:
    The Bicorn was made by the Free World's League as a kind of response to the schism happening
    in the Federated Commonwealth, with the need for a durable skirmisher at the forefront of a
    couple like-minded general's minds.
    
    In particular, the venerable Wolverine was taken as a basis for what this model should do in
    terms of combat ability, with the caveat that it also needed to have a hatchet in what seems
    to be some kind of compromise between the generals in the need for an up close punch.
    
    The end result seems to have pleased them, for what it is worth.

Capabilities:
    To achieve the results wanted by the customer, the think tank came up with the following:
    
    First, a 275 rated Light Fusion Engine was selected as the powerhouse as a compromise
    between saved weight and survivability. It allows the Bicorn to reach a comfortable 54 KPH
    cruising speed, with it being able to sprint up to 86.4 KPH at its maximum.
    
    Second, ten tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor was considered an acceptable amount of protection
    for the unit with the constraints of the Light Fusion Engine taken into account. Add onto
    this C.A.S.E for protecting the unit in case of ammo explosion, and the design team
    considered it as safe as they could make it armor wise.
    
    Third, the weapon systems were put up to considerable scrutiny as the client requested that
    the final design fit in a Hatchet to allow it fight in melee well when the unit needs to. To
    fit around this constraint, the designers decided on a mix of a relatively long range weapon
    in the Snub-Nose PPC as well as a Streak SRM6 with a singular ton of ammo as the more close
    in weapon to exploit what holes the PPC would make. Add on to that the Extended Range Small
    Laser added in the head as a backup close in weapon should the Streak launcher run dry and
    the Bicorn can lay down dutiful close range firepower.
    
    For movement the Bicorn has five standard jump jets, allowing it to jump a respectable 150
    meters.
    
    For added protection, the Bicorn has an Anti-Missile System mounted in its Center Torso to
    ward off most missile attackers. Its ammo, along with the Streak ammo, are all mounted in
    the Left Torso, which is protected by C.A.S.E. It is cooled by 11 total Double Heat Sinks.
