Overview:
    Summoners give the Jade Falcons a solid argument for why they're the best Mechwarriors in
    the universe, because, yikes, their most favorite 'Mechs ever generally are overcosted,
    underperforming garbage. In the context of a points-based army-building game, "overcosted"
    and "underperforming" mean the same thing/one implies the other, but I just felt like it was
    necessary to say both for emphasis.
    
    Here's a Summoner that fits the classic Summoner visual theme- left ballistic, right energy,
    shoulder missiles- at a lower point cost than any stock config. It has no heat issues. The
    Ultra-10 and Medium Pulse Laser often represent great value in terms of the results they get
    for their cost, but, wow, it still really feels kind of lacking in oomph, so try to surprise
    somebody with the NavPoint special 6-pack and make them regret breaching your 3-hex personal
    space boundary.
    
    Could maybe serve well enough in some light cavalry/ambusher role against an unsuspecting
    opponent.
