The RL's can mean death to an ambushed light mech but would be not more than an annoyance to anything else. Keeping speed and armor this variant is nevertheless superior to the -1A1 because: It has a medium laser. Now an STG-3R cannot outmanoeuvre AND out-range it! ;-)
Though carrying some surprise firepower this Charger is still able to keep enemy-mechs laughing until real BattleMechs arrive.

What's the point of this? You spend all those c-bills on the engine, and put it in this? Rocket launchers are NOT weapons. I'd rather have the old Charger 1A1 with a 5 small lasers. At least then you get a second shot. And you put FF armor on it too? Just stupid. And if you fire all the RLs and the mlas in the same turn, it overheats. How pathetic is that?
