The Star League Exterminator was meant to hunt down enemy commanders. A job that it wasn't very good at. It was fast and could jump but you don't have to only catch your opponent but to bring him down with superior firepower. A task the original failed to accomplish.
This new Exterminator is even faster due to a risky MASC but drops the jump jets, not a good idea.
With the iNarc and C3i it changes its mission profile from killing to help others to kill. If loading a ton of explosiv ammo it will deliver quite good firepower but not for long and the lasers alone are too weak to save you if being attacked in earnest.
All in all it is just too big and expensive for narcing around. You can even build something similar 25 to 30 tons lighter. |

I don't think I'd want to devote a 65 ton chassis to NARC duty. A lighter 'mech can do the same job just as well. |

Very nice. A spotter that can dish some damage, iNarc a target, then Masc its way out. If it doesnt get caught, this thing could be one of the mose useful tool in an iNarc net. Watch your heat, though. Alpha strikes, especiall repeated ones, are going to be the death of this mech. |

4 meds on a 65 ton mech....... who ever came up with needs to be buried in the same hole as the original Charger desingers. |
