Just curious, as my knowledge of the Word of Blake crazies is rather limited. Recently in Ground Zero's lore, they were able to aquire a working prototype LAM from the original factory location on Terra in WoB held territory. Would it be feasible that WoB would launch an attack, small or large, to take the design or information in retaliation for having it snuck out under their noses? The current GZT facilites reside in Xolara on Solaris VII, with another secret facility on the other continent(completely forgot its name). _________________ one by one the rabbits are stealing my sanity....

Yes, I think that they are able and willing to do this. Especially on Solaris, where the concentration of people who would sell their own mother for enough C-bills (or advanced tech which WoB has) is very high. You can expect anything. From elite ROM agents in disguise to an attack from whole stable of S7 'Mech jocks riding prototypes. And the theft is only one thing. If they aren't successful then they may attempt to annihilate whole facility to prevent anyone form having access to this technology.

CooL! I am trying to set up a company sized or larger action involving an assault on the main GZT facilities in Xolara. I already have the defending forces planned(mix of canon designs and GZT customs and prototypes) and was trying to plan out the attacking forces. If merc jocks, then could be anything. WoB itself uses mostly SLDF machines and some designs of their own as well, right? _________________ one by one the rabbits are stealing my sanity....

Ok, new question. What designs are WoB specific?Last I saw was I think 3055, or was it 3058 that had the Grand Crusader assault mech, and the grim Reaper and Wraith medium mechs. and the Nexus and the Raijin, but weren't those Comstar instead? I'm confused by all those robes _________________ one by one the rabbits are stealing my sanity....

They get pretty much everything Comstar does, and anything the (old) Star League does. Prior to 3060, they also have a high amount of Free Worlds League designs. Later in the 60s they branch out into weird but effective designs of their own.
And yes, the WoB would certainly go after you. Multiple times. With both brute force attacks and more subtle attempts at assassination. Got to give them one thing, they sure are tenacious.

One last thing: they might not wish to leave any evidence of involvement, especially on worlds where they have other things going on. This could be as simple as using deniable mercenaries, perhaps with WoB artillery support standing by. On the upper scale you get full Bond-type villainy complete with self-destruct devices in WoB mechs and buildings.

Aside from that Solaris VII is only one jump away from FWL space, so a pursuit on WoB home ground (almost) would likely be complicated and messages to FWL asking for help may be "delayed" or "lost".
If the WoB is going to use force, then it will be composed of "locals". Criminals, luck less stables and necessary materiel, everything is at hand.

There are operations called holy shroud and holyshroud 2 carried out by ROM when WOB was still a part of comstar.
The operations raised whole factories to kill scientists, and targeted every scientist/ techie they could find that had specialized knowledge.
The last LAM factory was destroyed by the clans in Kurita space, Irece?, ahhh memory fails. If there were plans on Terra they must have been in a database there.
In short YES in a New York minute.

A lot of the Holy Shroud operations were false flag. Someone else's colors and mechs, Inquisitor pilots.
