Overview:
    Built from damaged RFL-7M chassis, the RFL-7L was inspired by the pre-Republic refits
    designated as RFL-6L and updated to more closely mirror the equipment of other 'mechs
    employed in the Confederation's shadow lances.

Capabilities:
    The RFL-7N sports a 300-rated XL engine seen in other Rifleman upgrades to bring the top
    speed to 86.4 km/h. The right arm carriers a tried and true Poland Main Model A gauss rifle,
    while the left carriers a Sea Fox-supplied Type DDS 'Kingston' ER PPC. Each arm also sports
    a Ceres Arms ER medium laser, and each side torso carries a small pulse laser for defense
    against infantry. A Guardian ECM suite powers 11 tons of Hellespont Lite II stealth armor,
    and 13 double heat sinks are just adequate for its intended role.
