Variants:
The Höllenbrut (Hellspawn) configuration of the Cauldron-Born OmniMech is the personal
configuration of Nova Captain Guderian Amirault. At range, it combines an extended-range
PPC, a dual-purpose type 10 autocannon, and a ten-pack of long-range missiles. The latter
two weapons are each fed by two tons of munitions. At shorter ranges, the particle cannon
can be switched out for a trio of improved medium lasers and a pair of anti-personnel Gauss
rifles feeding from a ton of ammunition. The lasers, Gauss rifles and ammunition stores are
all protected by advanced CASE systems to provide damage to them from crippling the machine.
Lastly, a Watchdog CEWS has been fitted to the OmniMech to grant it electronic warfare
capability. Guderian has also required his chief tech to figure out a way to slightly thin
his forward center torso armor to allow for the armor on his legs to be sufficiently
thickened to prevent a breach by a hit from a type 20 autocannon, but this task has not yet
been completed.
