Overview:
The Nymph is a third-generation Clan Hell's Horses ProtoMech made using captured Society
schematics that has since proliferated to the rest of the Inner Sphere Clans, both for its
utility as an ultralight scout and as anti-infantry support. While lightly armed and
armored, it was designed to be easy to control and can be used to acclimate Clan Warrior
pilots to controlling a ProtoMech in addition to its combatant duties.

Capabilities:
The Nymph platform clocks in at 6 tons, and is constructed on a ProtoMech NYM chassis that
has a Consolidated 55 ProtoMech Fusion engine, ProtoMech Myomer Booster systems, 4 Clan
Standard Jump Jets, and 850 kilograms of Proto-Standard A armor. It also has a Build 2083
Micro comms system and a SAT-PM 1 targeting/tracking system, both augmented by a Watchdog
CEWS package. The only weapon of the Nymph is a Machine Gun with 250 kilograms of
ammunition, giving it 50 volleys before it has to retreat to get more bullets; it also
leaves it woefully undergunned against heavier targets, but it was never meant to see direct
combat in the first place; its high mobility is meant to allow it to avoid firefights it
can't win, as well as to chase down enemy infantry so it can scythe them with its sole gun.
The prime utility is from the CEWS, which combined with the aforementioned mobility keeping
it out of trouble is how the ProtoMech has earned its staying power as a reconnaissance
unit.
DESIGN QUIRKS: Easy to Pilot, Enhanced Sensors, No/Minimal Arms

though it has some drawbacks of its own.
