Capabilities:
    The Prime Rib configuration is the starting point for exploring anti-air options.  Twin
    Gauss Rifles and a Capacitor enhanced PPC provide both range and hitting power.  The
    Targeting computer and C3 slave increase the odds of getting a hit.  Total firepower is
    decent, potentially increasing the odds of an average pilot losing control by over 100% if
    all weapons find their target.
    
    The gauss rifles offer excelent range, and strike hard enough that most fighters are likely
    to suffer critical damage.  The PPC is a light weight secondary system that still strikes
    hard enough to burn through most targets armor.  The capacitor that enhances the system
    takes advantage of the fact that aerospace fighters often make a pass and then have to loop
    around to give it time to recharge.
