Overview:
A radical adaptation of the Jorōgumo chassis made by the Wolf Empire, the Wolf Spider is a
quadrupedal machine that was made in the closing years of the Dark Age era.
Capabilities:
The Prime loadout of the Jorōgumo uses only two turret-mounted WCA Heavy Longfang ER Large
Pulse Lasers as its weapons, linked into a Targeting Computer. As it is vulnerable with this
light weapons load, a Watchdog CEWS package is installed in the center torso to disrupt
enemy units while also giving it the capability to detect enemies it can then pick off from
range.

to be inspired by a much older Widowmaker design.
Capabilities:
A strange configuration, the Jorōgumo III Prime's main weapon is a Rotary AC/5 mounted
rearward on the 'Mech's abdomen. This is intended to be brought to bear at range while
immobile - the 'Mech facing rearward for maximum stability - but can be flipped around if
needed via the fact said abdomen can be raised.
A turret is also installed in the right torso, which itself mounts an Improved Heavy Medium
Laser for covering the 'Mech while in sniper position. Finally, four leg-mounted SRMs (two
forward-facing, two rear-facing) provide close-in protection while two Micro Pulse Lasers on
the head provide additional firepower while on the move.
DESIGN QUIRKS: Directional Torso Mount (Rotary AC/5), Accurate Weapon (Rotary AC/5, only
when facing rearward)
