What version of the Shootist are you referring to? The only canon versions are the 8A, 8C, and 9C. |

Lower arm and hand actuators can’t be mounted in designs that have any kind of PPC, autocannon or Gauss rifle mounted in that arm.
This includes light PPC’s and AP or magshot Gauss rifles.

It would depend on the other mechs in the lance/company...but people run from AC20s, I've never seen anyone run from streak 6s. |

Hatchet and sword attacks have the option to call high/low at the cost of higher to hit numbers.

I think he's talking about modified to-hit numbers...a pulse making a to-hit of 5 a 3 is nice, but making an 11 a 9 is significant. |
