Welp, this goes on the rules I didn't know. A mech is in fact allowed to pop-up jump 0 hexes into its starting hex for 1 mp. I'll be.

I actually went with integrated CASE on this one. I can see pros for everything, to be honest. But not having to spend weight and space for something that makes my mech not go BOOM is pretty darn impo ... |
