You mean the techs are still in there? That might be why the engine doesn't work.

I have an old urbanmech. It's in fairly good shape and you can have it for free.

I am just curious how everyone has an extra mech on their hands. This implies that there is a working ride somewhere, and yet so many never fight....
Just an odd thought.

And I, officially, only have my trusty Scorpion. I know where a pair of ancient Vindicators can be had but I know none of you here are interested in them.

Shows how much you know.
Vindies are tough bastards in any fight. They may not always win, but they can give you one hell of a battle. With some new tech, a Vindie can give you clanners some headaches.

I was wondering the same, i wanted to play along to see how many more would show up from the woodwork.
As for playing, i'm halfway across the globe, only Bladewind seems to be in my timezone (actually, we're in the same country...)

I never said I had them. I just happen to know some people who know some people...

Great ! Cheap and tough, i would really want those Vindis. Pity the FRR is very out of the way from the Cap.
*Current Inventory*
1. Kabuto (no equipment, 500k C-bill set aside for new equipment)
2. Microsloth (useless mech, 500k C-bill set aside for improvements, additonal cost will be covered by selling high tech equipment)
3. Banged up Thunderbolt (might be my mech of choice, 2 million c-bills set aside for refurbishing and repairs)
4. Urbie ( Good working condition, everything works. Paint job 1000 C-bills)
That leaves me with only 4 more mil to spare.1 million reserved for shipping my stuff out of this rock.
The remainding 2 mil out of 10 mil is for personal use and emergency funds. The local FRR Militia will not provide new weapons and mechs but will cover the maintainence cost.
P.S. Thanks for the freebies I got up a lance pretty quick
*Looks soberly at bank's account and shakes his head*

"I have no mechs left to spare after that Kabut I gave you. Now, I have only the Highlander IIC that Clan Wolf has provided me with. I ship out to Glory within the month, to the rest of the 1st Wolf Striker Grenadiers."

What in heck would you use THAT for?
Replace all the high tech stuff with more RLs and MGs?
