AToW says the Clans' currency is the Kerensky Bill, but MW2RPG says that the Clans have no form of currency due to how payment is prohibited in the Clans. so did the Clans recently start using Kerensky Bills, or is MW2RPG mistaken?

I would go with its a retcon.

They have currency but its use is different from that of the Inner Sphere, more of a necessary evil tool. Sleeping's link is good.
