Well, during periphery patrol we encountered one after we were sent to investigate the rumor about Star League cache hidden on Rezak's Hole. Actually pirates found downed DropShip that carried one serviceable Kanga. Later we discovered in archives that SL lost exploration vessel to some malfunction and the ship was presumed to be flying to deep space, but the crew somehow managed to land in the wastes. The vehicle itself was modified for scientists, but Rezak just dismantled and sold all equipment, that later started the rumor, and installed some weapons again.

I once saw an odd bat of a Kanga while doing garrison work that could only jump... that was a positively surreal experience

They just need to start distinguishing between sim battles and the real thing
Though when I was on Terra last before the wobblies took over Comstar had a few in good working order...

I found that Kanga when the clans were just comming. My marksmanship, compaired to what it is today, sucked terribly. In any case, we had an, ah, 'misunderstanding' with the ComGuards on our HPG, deep in whats now Wolf Clan space.
Don't ask how it got started, I don't really know, but before long, the PPCs and Autocannons were a flyin'. It turns out that they thought we were clanners, that landed about 50 kilos west of us. How the hell they thought that is beyond me, ITS NOT LIKE WE HAD THE FEDCOM INSIGNEA PASTED ALL OVER US.

Never seen to many vehicles...but then I spend most of my time aboard warships. Saw a star of Mars Assault Tanks get loaded on to a dropship one time, those things are just massive. _________________ The snow raven wastes nothing, A scavenger par excellence, it makes use of materiels abandoned by others. The stout form of Kalo Osis strolled into the bar and grill. He handed his pisotl and saber off to Lurch, and moved to the bar to greet the newcomer. Kalo slapped a few C-bills onto the table and looked to Chihawk,
"A fussionaire for the new clanner, It is nice to see a new face here every now and again. Anything new hapoen while I was away? Anyone find my dog yet?"

Meh, Kodiak is smart enough to find his way out if he still breaths.

Then he's probably not breathing anymore.

True, but whatever happened there, the possibility for good end is quite slim when gray matter is involved.
