CC, the Precentor Martial has said you can, so it is legal.
Karagin, please just admit you're wrong and move on...you say that Randal said it wasn't allowed and Ruger has quoted the Precentor Martial as saying it is and I have posted a link to where it is posted on CBT.
So just cut your losses and say your wrong and be done with it.

Find Ruger is always right and I am always.
Happy?

No, this is not about Ruger.
This is about you making a statement that is incorrect, and then when shown it ids not correct not just being a man and saying you were wrong.
There is no shame in being wrong. There is shame in not being man enough to admit it.

Right okay if you say so. As said once again he's right and everything I post is always wrong.
Gotta love how quick he is to jump on something I post, but I don't see him doing it to anyone else...but hey I guess his status is what let's him get away with it...
But as you said it ain't about him...

I repeat, this has nothing to do with Ruger. You posted info that was wrong and he replied with the correct information.
I know you're trying to find some way to make it seem like you're some sort of victim here. To be blunt that ain't gunna fly. It takes a real man to admit he's wrong and to not make excuses for his error.

Yeah, even I admitted I was wrong once. There is only one man that I ever knew that was never wrong: my Uncle Chip, a big burley Italian construction company owner. He had 11 kids and a sign on the wall when you first walked into his house which read:
House Rules:
Rule #1: Chip is always right
Rule #2: When Chip is wrong, rule #1 applies

I was thinking of the MaxTech thing where you cant have a TC and a special targeting system, my bad.

Checking a Mixed Tech chassis in HMPro,
you`ll also discover the joy of mounting
a TC with a C3 slave/master unit.
But back to the TC+PL, I do think it`s
slightly munchy, witness the Green Turkey`s
Turkina Omni, config B. Eh, rather munchy
as hell in this case
How about redesigning the TC so it`s based
on damage + range instead of the weapon`s
weight in tons? That would make it quite a
bit more expensive when used with energy weapons. _________________ A tree fall in the forest, and no one is around, and it hits a mime. Does anyone care?

Not that Battletech needs to be uber-realistic, but how would you justify this?

Now that would be an interesting twist. It would bring the Energy and Ballistic weapons more into line when it advanced targeting electronics. One question though, How would you handle variable damage weapons such as Ultra and LBX cannons?

The LBX shoud not be a issue. Just give it some more pluses (Atop of the +2 it already gets) on the missle to hit table.
As for the solid rounds and the Ultra AC's. That may requerie abit more thinking.

+2 on missile table for lbx? moo?
as for ultra, calc its damage as 150 percent. or x1.5.
