BattleMech: Behemoth 2c

Comment: A brutally dangerous design as firing just its pair of ER PPCs turns this mech sluggish and unable to move more than 30 meters in one turn.

So either you are limited to only ever firing one ER PPC or you'll have to not fire much the next round as even just firing both LB-X 20s would push your heat up again.

The 2 ER PPCs would be better off having stayed as LPL as those have a better heat curve. I'd also trade the SPL for a ton of Slug ammo for the big guns just in case it was needed.

BattleMech: Canyon Beast CBST-002a

Comment: A solid sniper with lots of ammo, not something you'd want to get caught out alone. But, frequently the jump jets mean you can hide a mech on a hill and not worry about non jumpers ever getting to it.

BattleMech: Catapult CPLT-12X2-SS

Comment: A mech that could be disabled easily, as the CASE prevents it from being destroyed if the ammo goes but its salvage bait after that.

Most other variants of the Catapult would be a better choice for most missions.

BattleMech: Charger CGR-C

Comment: Best heavy scout I've ever seen. For the price I could probably buy myself a pair of hot Hammers, or a lance or two of Wasps and Stingers.

Its too pricy for me but someone else might use the thing.

Comment: An okay design, but I personally thought that clanners viewed targetting computers as solama tech.

Its vulnerable against almost nothing, except for its slow speed.

Also I thought you couldn't add Jump Jets to an Omni.

Comment: Look at the 100 ton Charger. Not sure I'd be able to bribe the Charger pilots to take this thing.

Its too expensive even for a Steiner social general as well.

BattleMech: Grimm Marauder MAD-1X

Comment: I can't think of something I'd want to fight less in 3025. Its got the fire power to hurt just about anyone, and thick enough armour to survive most opponents in combat.

Its a bit short on heat sinks but what heavy mech in 3025 isn't.

BattleMech: Mackie MSK-6WR

Comment: Reminds me of a HunchBack IIC in IS form. Its nice and good in the city fights, but still an open terrain fight will leave it a shell less hulk soon enough.

Course the Mackie gets points just because its the Mackie:)

Comment: For some reason I like it, I think I'll bribe House Liao Charger and Urbanmech pilots for one for one trades for their mechs.

I think I'd make a killing:)

I like the idea of an infantry support mech which is cheap enough to use like tissue paper.

BattleMech: Spirit Hawk

Comment: Solid dependable design. I like the Blood Spirit ties, and how it fits in with the B-tech rules.

I'm personally scared that a 2nd line clan star would field one of these, for it is a dangerous design with its ER Large and jumping 210 meters.
