Another periphery (according to fluff) upgrade that keeps most of the original parts and uses FF armor, DHS's and a new weaponloadout to boost its capabilities.
The ER lasers can deliver a strong punch at ranges touching medium class while the RL's can be used to deliver an unexpectedly heavy punch at the right moment.
ER small lasers would have delivered more constant firepower but the pilot would have to get close to a dangerously short distance to use them effectively.
Not bad for a periphery upgrade. |

Max FF armor, DHS, 2 medium ER lasers...
If you can afford that, is another ER medium laser out of reach ? Or just 2 ER smalls ?
It gets a 2.5 because it has dual ER meds... |

I really don't understand this design. Ferro-fibrous armor, double heat sinks, ER lasers...and rocket launchers? They could prove useful, but there's probably better things to do with the weight. |

It's not quite as bad as the 1V2 model. The two ER MLs give a pretty nice punch.
The RL/10s again have this little advantage in range. Here it's not as pronounced as on the 1V2 thanks to the ER MLs, so it may not be a bad idea to pluck them out. Maybe for a small pulse laser. |
