Patch 2.24.12 Applied:
Quick turnaround on this one. Details of what's included are as follows:

Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where the Turret weight was not being shown in the readout for Combat Vehicle BASE OmniVehicles.
  • Fixed an issue with superheavy 'Mechs where the proper amount of ammo ,when multiple were stacked in the same slot, was not properly output in MegaMek files.

Changes
  • Changed how information related to armor (type, technology, and model); both main and location-specific, is stored in the database for easier, more consistent, retrieval.
  • Created an Alpa Strike Stat Block table in the Summary section that displays all Alpha Strike stats as they are updated when designing units.
  • Added the Combat Vehicle Escape Pod for use with all combat vehicle types.

NOTE: Any forces or units impacted by the above fixes and/or changes have had their stats recalculated to ensure accuracy.

Overview:
    The Sledgehammer was designed by Kali Yama Weapons Industries Incorporated as a "delivery
    system" for the new Heavy Gauss Rifles sold to them by Blackwell. Kali-Yama hoped it had
    finally created a design to supplant the old Hunchback, but this was not to be.
    
    Despite a chassis and Gyro custom-made to house the HGR, the Sledgehammer had chronic
    stability issues that Kali-Yama was never able to cure. The FWLM purchased small numbers of
    the SHM-01 for field testing, but no large orders have thus far been placed.

Capabilities:
    Carrying a Heavy Gauss Rifle with 8 rounds of fire at speeds up to 85km/h, The Sledgehammer
    is ideal for short-range ambushes. Its battery of 10 small lasers allows it to deal even
    greater damage and crit-seek at point-blank range.
    
    It is however, unstable, and the recoil of the HGR and incoming attacks stand a good chance
    of knocking the Sledgehammer over. Even worse, there is no CASE system to protect the Fusion
    Engine from the Heavy Gauss should it suffer a critical hit.

Variants:
    Kali-Yama found itself sturggling to pin down the source of the Recoil issues faced by the
    SHM-01. They had, after all, built an elaborate Gyro system specifically for its Heavy Gauss
    rifle.
    
    Desperate to make some sales and keep the Sledgehammer alive while they worked on the
    problem, Kali-Yama created the SHM-03 and -04 models, featuring alternative loadouts for
    both short and long range combat.
    
    The SHM-03 featured 5 Jump Jets, a Standard Gauss Rifle, and an ER PPC. It is by far the
    most commercially successful model of the Sledgehammer, if you can call such limited
    production a success.
    
    The SHM-04 used the Gauss Rifle's power couplings and magnetic feed rails to mount a
    Ultra-AC 20, alongside a Large Pulse Laser and a pair of anti-missile systems. This model
    was perhaps less popular with its pilots than the SHM-01, as it filled the same niche as the
    Hunchback, had a primary weapon prone to jamming, and was still fundamentally unstable.
    
    These models were received more favorably by the FWLM, if only because they didn't fall over
    when you fired the main weapons. It was discovered, however, that the over-engineered gyro
    system was still susceptible to failure when affected by outside forces. like weapons fire.
    
    All models of the Sledgehammer have the following quirks: Variable-Range Targeting,
    Unbalanced, and Poor Reputation.
