I intended this as a one-off naval warfare version of the Banshee.

The AC/10 would have been useless underwater, which is why I ditched it in favor of a large laser (which *would* be useful). I also went for DHS, which helped me lighten the load somewhat as well.

In exchange, I got the armor almost all of the way to maximum, I added two SRM 4 torpedo racks, I added CASE for further protection, I dropped in some ELINT gear to help it under the surface, and threw on a pair of machine guns since I had the tonnage (police duties back on dry land).

Since this was developed in 3062 by your listed date, i'd suggest dropping the HD SL and another ton of something for a Mechwarrior Aquatic Survival System (TacOps pg. 325).

Maybe swap the remaining SL, MGs, and MG ammo for a pair of SPLs. Keeps the anti-infantry ability but removes an explosive yet useless ammo based weapon when underwater.
