First I'll give some background, then hopefully I can get some help Very Happy

I haven't had a game in a while. A LONG while and as such the only rules sets I have are wicked out of date.

Basically I have MaxTech as my latest infantry rules sets.

Now, my question: what books change the game significantly for infantry that are post-maxtech that I should pick up? Keep in mind I'm on a very strict budget so I can't just go "Weee lots of books."

What would people suggest Iget above all else?

Or should I just start writing my own books?

Wait for Total Warfare. I looked through it at Origins and infantry was overhauled. Let me crow, some very similar to my rules


Standard infantry has longer range in some cases or just brutal more amounts of damage. Hey going from 7 to 14 for Rifle infantry is brutal.

I liked what I saw and some of my house rules will be tossed.
