(The quiet in the bar is disturbed by a discordant thumping sound. People look up from their drinks, others stop their antics and all look at each other with questions in their eyes)
(The thumping gets closer until the noise drowns out the jukebox that is struggling to put out music in spite of it's condition. The questioning looks turn to ones of alarm as the veteran mechwarriors realize the source of the sound.)
(With a squeal of metal on ferrocrete the thumping comes to a noisy stop. There is silence as all look towards the doors of the bar waiting to see what will happen.)
(The doors open with a squeak.)
"Hello everyone!" (Seraph saunters in and comes to a stop.)
"What?"(He notices everyone staring at him.)
Oh, sorry. I guess I should have called ahead to warn you guys. I got my Scorpion mobile now. Was wondering if anyone wanted to come take it for a spin out on the test range?" (Seraph sits on a stool at the bar.)
"The SRM isn't loaded and I haven't gotten a replacement for the PPC yet but she runs like a bucking bronco in heat." (Seraph chuckles and then stiffens.) "Like a bronco in heat on hormone shots even." (Seraph adds as he rubs his bruised arse.)

I thought thats what the AC2 fired anyway? Well it surely isn't high explosive shells!

| Firing pennies might be cheaper, since many larger bullets average about 50 cents each or higher.
