Here's one I found very difficult (only got 1 myself)
What are the four locations where the American Flag is never/has never been/ will never be flown at half staff?

Well, we know the Moon is correct simply as no one goes there to lower it.
To the best of my recollection...The flag at the Arizona Memorial is lowered every Pearl Harbor Day; the White House flag is lowered when all other's are; & I think the Tomb of the Unknown is lowered every Veteran's Day.

I just looked at a pic of Clinton laying a wreath at the Tomb on Veteran's Day in '98, and it's not at half staff, so that's a possibilty...

The Alamo (I cannot beleave I missed that one)
