Overview:
    First seen in Echo Company of Hansens Roughriders in the opening phase of Operation
    Götterdämmerung is this customized Variant of the venerable Vulcan a real Terror for light
    Mechs and the Bane of Infantry in all its shapes and forms.
    
    After the Battle of Icar, in which this Vulcan was hit by a devastating salvoe from a
    Kuritan Hunchback the techs of Hansens Roughriders had to think out of the box for the
    reconstruction of this Wreck.

Capabilities:
    A quartet of 4 Mauser 12,5 mm Machine Guns in its left arm coupling and a Flametech Zippo
    Flamer in its right are the bane of every infantry formation it can encounter.
    
    For defense against enemy Mechs the Vulcan has a Magna MK2 Medium Laser in its right Torso
    and a SRM6 with a total of 90 Harpoon Missiles in its left.
    11 Heat sinks will hold this chassis cool, even in tight engagements.
    
    A total of 6 tons of armor instead of the regular 5 tons and it´s maneuvrability (Top Speed
    of 97.6 Km/h and a jump range of 180 Metres) increases the confidence of its Mechpilot to
    get out of a firefight with other Battlemechs at least without any serious injuries to
    immense proportions.
    
    Sadly the Roughridertechs couldn´t attach hands to the arms. A feature every Vulcan Pilot
    that ever was always complained about. "I can´t even scratch the back of the scarecrow,
    nonetheless grab a tincan to throw it"

    high confidence of its Mechpilot to get out of a firefight with other Battlemechs in style.

Deployment:
    This special Variant was first seen in the ranks of the mercenary regiment of Hansen´s
    Roughriders and in the Regiments of the Lyran Regulars on the draconian border.

Notable MechWarriors:
    Corporal Richard "Digger" Digweed pilots his VLC-2S for the 4. Lyranisches Heer
    "Tropenblitz" (4th Lyran Regulars) in one of their light lances. Thanks to its deadly array
