I guess it's time for me to leave this board. My humor has rubbed off and I am no longer the one who shocks...
...but then again no one here has ever discussed a Cleveland Steamer...I could be the first.

A Wookie with seasickness. A friend of mine told me that the Wookie character in his Star Wars group has seasickness as part of the character.

Ok, this has to top the stupidest GROUP of players in the history of gaming.
The players come to a "T" in the hallway. At the intersection is a two way arrow trap. i.e. when you hit the pressure plate, an arrow shoots out from both sides of the hallway.
Now I can see why this might get somebody ONCE! But this group of players kept walking over the pressure plate multiple times! The thief then pushes the paladin in an attempt to get him to fall onto it an get impaled a FOURTH time. Now, when the paladin manages to avoid the trap, and turns to impale the thief with his sword, the Ranger, who witnessed the whole thing inteveens...on the side of the thief. The reasoning? "Well, this Paladin keeps starting S**t," Was the reply.
As the GM I'm like...."WTF? The thief just tried to MURDER the paladin!"
In the mean time, the wizard goes off by himself, and finds a throne room. Of course the idiot sits down on the throne which activates two stone golems on either side of the throne. They of course pummel the mage into sauce..."
Meanwhile the PLAYER of the thief is STICKING A KNIFE INTO HIS INFECTED TOOTH TO RELEASE THE PUSS!  We ended up calling the session as the player needed to be hospitalized for the infection(I think he was about to die).
Needless to say I never gamed with this bunch of idiots again....

That would have been fun...Thief has a class and alignment change to assassin with a Evil alignment. Paladin now gets abonus to cut him to peices.
The arrow trap as special feature after the third release, the secret pit trap is activated, down they fall..for an hour or so....

What's so funny is that it sounds rather similar to a Knights of the Dinner Table strip.
The group encounters a large hole in the wall, beyond which is a large gem. Bob sticks one arm in and loses it to a mini-guiotine. He then loses the other and Dave his sword arm to the same trap. With them now helpless, Brian begins to loot them.

BTW, you do realise that there's now KODT minis and a card game, right? The card game has it so that you play as one of the characters, and you can fight against the others to be the winner. The minis (I have my eye on a Beholder mini but I'm saving my money) look like they will be a perfect complement for either D + D minis or Reaper's Dark Heaven series.
Of course, what would be scary is if every single one of those characters had a real-life counterpart.

I just remembered some stuff from an old computer game I used to play- Gunship 2000.
One mission I had to seek + destroy an ammo dump. But it was nowhere to be found. All that I kept getting was some dipwad in an anti-air platform lighting up my radar every time he saw me. With time running out, I just decided to go hit him and return to base- the other guys in my flight took out the secondary target, so it was still a victory. Sitting right behind that thing was the ammo dump- if the thing hadn't kept lighting me up, I'd have never found it.
The other one was a rescue mission. While myself and one of the other birds (the way the game was set up, you eventually got four other pilots with you. On a mission, you could split them up to do multiple missions.) went to tag something, I sent the other three to go rescue a pilot. Our base was at the upper left-hand corner of the map. The last known coordinates of the guy placed him near the lower right-hand corner. Intervening were a series of mountains, so I had my guys go to the lower left-hand corner and then onto the last known location so that they'd avoid any ambushes. The pilot was where they were supposed to turn.
