I found the old design and the code, Here it is folks.

Impressed with overall performance of the Jenner design that other clans fielded. The Hell's Horses decided to use the classic mech
But they did find most of the designs unbalanced. And desired a more balanced. accurate design. To that end, The Jenner IIIC was built.
Although slightly slower then it's counterparts. The 3C is better armored with a targeting computer for more accuracy. So far the clan has only used them in recon units. But most likely use them as city fighters once the unit has proven itself.

Too add more firepower.
I use to have this design on my older computer, but lost it in the transfer to the new machine. It's been a few years since I fired up HMP. And I tried to reconstruct it from memory. but I don't I got it right. I know it had 4 med lasers and 2 SRM 6 streaks. but not to sure on everything else.

You changed the stats, didn't you? I could swear there was 6/9/6 profile on it 
Anyway this is more like it for me. Personally I keep thinking about trying my luck with heavy lasers, but the heat dissipation demands are daunting.

Yeah, I found my old mechsheet so I edited it.
Well, it is an omnimech design, so switching out lasers is simple enough. I choose the ER series because of it's recon role. but in a city fight. Heavy Lasers would be the way to go.
