I placed them where even if the mech lost it's arms (A very real possablty in a 40 tonner)It still had weapons. Placeing the MPL in the CT and the head. Took up crit spaces. and the ammo in the legs because it has as much armor there as in the torsos but with a less chance of being hit.

the weapon placement was to give it a better field of fire.
i choose that over weapon safty.

This one I like, It has all ranges represented, speed, and armor. Even if it is a Clan Mech.

It is easy to make good mech with clan tech. I usally do not like Machine guns, But the orginal has them so I kept them as well.
