Heh. It seems my potential one-man boycott of Chinese products will be very short lived. I went through my house tonight to find out where my stuff was made. Of all the electronic gadgets I have, TV, VCR, CD player, flashlights, lamps, computer joystick, etc. It was all made in China! I haven't looked at the boards and chips inside my computer yet and I don't want to.
All of it MADE IN CHINA Except for my cassete/Walkman. That was made in Malaysia. Yippee. It seems my Ral Partha Btech minis and my books are the only things I own that I know for sure were made in my own country.
You know, if we ever get into a cold war sabre rattling match with Red China, they'll win. Unlike the old Soviet Union, they make all our stuff. They even make the new berets the army started using. Give them a few years and we'll be buying our M16 rifles from them too.
Oh, well. I guess I'll just have to buy more Clicktech then. The infantry look real nice, plan to use them for inf in regular Btech.
Oh, yeah. The prices around here in SE Texas are 20 for starter packs and 10 for boosters. I figure I'll lay down about 30 a month and see how it goes.
