Overview:
    Sometimes simple is best.  In this case the Snuggle Rabit eschews any forms of battlefield
    management in favor of straight up playing into its main strength as a manueving platform
    that can carry big guns.

Capabilities:
    The usual set of improved jump jets provides almost all the maneuverability one could ask
    for.  Combined with Snub nosed PPCs greater then average "short" ranged effectiveness and
    you have a unit that can easily dance around anything slower then it while pounding on them
    with significant firepower.  So long as the pilot keeps their intervals tight they can
    expect to adversely stack the odds against their target.
    
    For when things don't go quite to plan there are the Light PPCs.  Though not quite as
    accurate as Snub Nosed PPCs at short range,  at long range they don't lose coherence quite
    as badly which helps out with the damage curves there.
    
    TAG is also included.  Because who doesn't love a more then a dozen copperhead rounds
    adressed to "Dear grid square" being given that final nudge in the right direction.

Variants:
    It should be obvious but additional configurations of this theme exist in basicly every
    flavor of large energy weapon.  Popular alternatives include: Heavy PPCs, ER PPCs, Large
    X-Pulse lasers.  Quad light PPCs with capacitors.  Not all ideas are good Ideas on that last
    one.  The point where it's worth show casing another configuration would be when the
    secondary weapons change the feel of the configuration to something different then "energy
    cannon platform"
