Overview:
    As part of Technicron Manufacturing's construction plan to support the Free Worlds League
    war effort in the 3060s, multiple designs that had previously never made it past a review
    board were pressed into service, among them the underwhelming DYB-1 Daybreaker. However, the
    Technicron Manufacturing design team also finished up new designs that were put into service
    in varying numbers. One of these designs would become an integral part of several Free
    Worlds League units. This 'Mech was the NGT-1E Nightmare, an energy weapons-only
    vehicle—the same type as Technicron's famous Awesome 'Mech.
    
    Just under a hundred Nightmare 'Mechs were manufactured during the war, most of which were
    sold to the Free Worlds League. During the Civil War, the Nightmare saw service on almost
    every front. It became noted for its excellent firepower and decent speed during its
    service. However, it earned the nickname 'Marik Melter' for its tendency to overheat if it
    fired too long.
