The easiest and most efficient way to report Errors with this site or to request an Enhancement is to use the Electronic Request System. You can then track the progress of your request and will be notified whenever your request changes.
A deck may contain only one Alliance card. Begin the game with this card activated. Alliances are not sites and cannot be scrapped. If The Federated Commonwealth is in your deck, every Davion card in your deck gains the Steiner affiliation, and vice versa. Your non-Resource Command cards cost more to activate.

Because of symmetry, this card should, like all other Alliance cards, have only affected UNITS :(
Although this card is the only Alliance where the merging of unique command cards would have made sense in the BT universe, i think that even in this case the ability to combine the special powers of 2 Houses is too strong and is unbalancing th BT TCG !
