I am going to be changing some of the rules and procedures of following missions.

1. I am removing individual initiative. While I like it for RP effects, it had to many unintended consequences. It messed up Aero interactions with the map. It made moving the players super troublesome; I was constantly having issues with moves being negated because another player had not yet moved. I am going to try to see if a traditional team init will serve better. Note: this will make aero far more dangerous.

2. With their approval, I'd like each LCO to be CC'd in all movement/attack orders. I ended up spending A LOT of time waiting for players to get back to me with orders, especially during movement. So if they agree, I want LCOs to track their lance member's responses and auto-send me an order if a member has not ordered by the deadline.

3. I will possibly be adjusting the Tactics skill after the next mission. Because you were all PC's, you all had Tactics points and unless I hand edit EVERY NPC they will likely have only a few pts if any. It practically insured that you guys moved last.

4. I will be offering new option for movement orders. Unless, you NEED to specify a path... you are free to simply send your move as such: walk/run/jump/sprint/evade TARGET HEX# FACING. Ex. Run 0125F3.

5. I will be offering new options for attack orders. Target easiest and target easiest first.
* Attack easiest is an order you can send me written as 'Target Easiest + Weapons'; this attack will the attack the easiest target for each weapon listed taking into account multi-target mod. Ex. SHawk Player: Target Easiest AC/5, ML, LRM. Each weapon will the target the easiest to-hit.
* Attack easiest first is an order you can send me written as 'Target Easiest First + Weapons'; this attack will the attack the easiest target for the FIRST weapon listed with all other weapons targeting the same target. Ex. SHawk Player: Target Easiest First AC/5, ML, LRM. The AC/5 will target the easiest to-hit with each other weapon targeting the same target.

Overall, I was extremely happy with the mission and this campaign thus far. We only had a few issues with orders and timeliness. Everyone appeared involved once they landed and I do apologize if anyone felt left out.

I'm good with the changes. Having a blast so far! And... 3 kills right out the door isn't a bad start if I do say so myself!

Somehow, jedidino, you rolled the absolute best pilot in the group. I did not know your to-hit numbers when I assigned you that Mech, but man, you are going to just absolutely destroy at this game...

Not sure how I got it either but I was super happy to see that my Gunnery skill was a nice sweet 2! I won't complain. Add that to my mobile Grasshopper.. good times!
